PRP usually starts with a referral from a licensed provider. Our team handles the intake and paperwork with you.
Who qualifies for PRP in Maryland?
PRP is for youth and adults with a qualifying mental health diagnosis who need help with daily functioning. A licensed provider usually makes the referral. Call us and we will walk you through eligibility.
Can a school or agency refer a client to PRP?
Providers, schools, case managers and agencies can send a referral through our secure Refer a Client form, and our team follows up directly.

PRP referrals
Youth and adults with a qualifying diagnosis who need help with daily living, coping and community skills.
Outpatient therapy (OMHC)
Individual, family and group therapy, plus grief, anger and self esteem work.
Medication management
Psychiatric evaluation, prescribing and follow up, in person or by telepsychiatry.
Substance use support
Early intervention and outpatient therapy, including medication assisted treatment with counseling.
