What it is

One on one time with a licensed clinician to talk through what you are carrying and build skills that hold up in real life.

Individual therapy at Keeping Hopes Alive is outpatient care with a licensed clinician. Sessions are a place to talk about stress, sadness, anxiety, loss, family pressure, or anything that is making daily life harder than it should be.

Your therapist starts by getting to know you and what brought you in. From there you set goals together and meet on a regular schedule. Over time you build coping skills, notice the thoughts that keep you stuck, and practice new ways of responding. Our slogan says it plainly: your thoughts become your reality.
