Group Therapy

Hearing someone else say what you have been feeling changes things. Groups turn that moment into steady support.

What it is

Guided sessions where people facing similar challenges learn from each other in a confidential, supportive setting.

Group therapy at Keeping Hopes Alive is led by a trained clinician and built around a shared focus such as coping skills, anger, grief, self esteem or healthy relationships. Members talk, listen and practice skills together.

Groups are confidential. What is said in the room stays in the room. Many clients find that group work makes individual therapy stronger, because they get to try new skills with people who understand.
