What it is

Practical skills to notice what sets you off, slow it down and respond in a way you can stand behind.

Anger management at Keeping Hopes Alive teaches the skills behind staying in control: spotting early warning signs, calming the body, thinking before reacting and talking through conflict.

We offer anger management one on one, in groups, and as part of PRP life skills work. Youth often practice through activities and mentorship, while adults focus on work, family and relationships.
